oddkit should default its read scope to outcomes-driven-development + klappy.dev until a caller overrides via knowledge_base_url. Interim contract (live now): one call per repo. Unblocks the removal pass below.

Delete the moved files (142 ODD + 75 oddkit md + sidecar) from klappy.dev; in the same sweep retire target_repo from schema + validator, delete canon/meta/scope-map.json, and remove the transitional odd/ → canon PATH_KIND_MAP fallback in the worker. Dead-reference audit + read-model parity required in the PR body.

All 19 (+triangle-pass) undecided markdown docs adjudicated live against the four criteria. Overlay (untagged, stay): ai-voice-cliches, author-identity-language, harness-disambiguation, relational-sensitivity, guide-posture, triangle-of-yaps, triangle-pass, writing-apocrypha-fragments, writing-predocumentaries. Remaining: AGENTS.md two-way split (creed/axioms half → core; oddkit-MCP-integration half → oddkit) — still scope-map "undecided". Smell-pass findings 2026-06-09 (klappy-baked-in vs klappy-as-proof): klappy-as-proof docs stay core per criteria (vodka-architecture, scoped-truth, consistency, community-checking, specs-lock et al.). Actions: odd/getting-started/odd-agents-and-mcp moved to oddkit (it is setup instructions — user manual per criterion 4); governance-validation-via-agents genericized in core ([OWNER]/[REPO] placeholders). Flagged, pending maintainer: stakes-calibration split (mode mechanism + software modes core; writing-lifecycle modes overlay); frontmatter-validation-before-merge genericization pass (klappy.dev renderer war stories). Oddkit-boundary trio ruled core 2026-06-09: envelope-time-fields (the principle — request time vs content provenance — travels; oddkit field names are the worked example), canon-integration-audit, frontmatter-validation-before-merge.

GitHub App or scoped-PAT worker secret so oddkit can read private repos. Enables flipping ODD private later if monetization positioning demands it.

Open. No LICENSE file = all rights reserved (interim posture consistent with license-never-assign). Decide deliberately; the licensed artifact is the clonable repo (D0002 item 8).
