Credibility

Trust, in software, is rarely about credentials alone. It’s about whether ideas hold up when conditions are imperfect.

The approaches documented here are informed by:

  • repeated exposure to long-lived systems
  • work in environments where maintenance and handoff matter more than novelty
  • experience with tools and workflows that must function offline, across cultures, and over many years

Rather than claiming correctness, this site emphasizes:

  • explicit assumptions
  • named failure modes
  • evidence over explanation
  • confidence scores instead of certainty

Many of the concepts here—such as Outcomes-Driven Development, canonical constraints, and visual verification—exist because simpler approaches failed under real pressure.

If something here is useful, it should be because it reduces confusion, improves outcomes, or makes systems easier to reason about. If it isn’t, it should be easy to challenge.

That's the standard this work is held to.
